Almost done demilling/disassembling my 1967 Romanian kit. 'Almost', is the key word here. No problem with the trigger guard, or any of the other rivets. Got to the barrel pin, gave it a few good whacks with a sledge hammer and punch, it never budged. Only took a few swings for me to realize it was not coming out using.I've cut off bolt heads with it before and it's super fast. There are a ton of companies that sell riveting heads for air hammers the right size for AK rivets. I've posted two of the better ones below. Even for $8 just the tooling is pretty slick. Once you drill most of the way through, and ONLY IF YOU DRILLES IT FAIRLY CENTER, then step that bit up to a 5/32 (I think) and drill half way in.
