Hi there, I've had att internet for a few years now. Ever since switching to them I've had packet loss problems that I cannot seem to figure out. They don't happen all the time, I'd say every 2-3 months, for about a month, I experience extreme packet loss. Ping spikes up to 500+ happening every 30 seconds to a minute.So, I've had AT&T Fiber at my house for the past 3 years now and it's been the best internet provider I've ever had, up until the past month or so. In the past month I can watch the speeds from my router drop from a consistent 600 mbps, 10-12ms ping, to speeds as low as 5mbps, ping as high as 500, and packet loss of up to 40%!!!!Only ATT fiber is affected. The symptoms are packet loss on upstream in the range of 60-90% intermittently. When we use our backup suddenlink, no packet loss.
