If you use light armor and have a light load your stamina regens faster than medium and a lot more than heavy but the negative to stamina usage while encumbered and wearing light armor goes up significantly vs medium and heavy. Heavy armor weighs more which means you're overencumbered faster. Difference is cost and armor value.... Armor doesn't play into dodging, but your encumbrance % does. I just found out that for regenerating full stamina you need 6.5 seconds with light armor, about 8.5 for medium and 11 seconds for heavy armor.Not sure what server you're on, but for exiled lands: Silent legion light helm, pauldron, and leggings.
